Seasonal Dinners

Celebrate the seasons and the locality of our valley and surrounding hills with Specialty Dinners by Chef Sarah. Dinners will be multi-course, seasonably themed, and thoughtfully located for a unique experience. In the late of the summer, when the bees are buzzing, and the apples are dropping, the first supper club experience by Chef Bun Bun's took place. Out in an orchard, located at Big Acres Farm, a group of special guests enjoyed the first Supper Club dinner. In collaboration with Rivaura and Big Acres Farm, serving local produce from Wing Over Farms and Big Canyon Beef, Chef Sarah created a four course meal for a magical event.

Big Acres Farm Dinner

Chef Bun Bun's and Rivaura partnered to create a vineyard event, featuring late summer produce, creative flavors, and thoughtfully paired wine. Sitting below the stars, between the vines and under twinkling lights, guests were treated to a magical event, that evoked the romance of the Lewis Clark Valley.
